Privacy notice

When you apply, we collect the details you give us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, location, social handles, audience information, content samples and anything else included in your application.

If you join the network, we may also collect bank account and identification details, including NRIC information, when needed to pay you and keep the records required for our work.

We use your information to review your application, contact you, match you with suitable brand work, manage campaigns, pay you and keep the records we are required to maintain.

Your information is available to the Oblique team members who need it to review applications and run the network.

Brand clients may see your name, social handle and content performance when we consider or manage a campaign. We do not share your contact, identification or payment details with brand clients.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and limit access to the people who need it. We keep it while your application is being considered or your network membership is active.

You can ask us to remove your information. We will delete or anonymise what we no longer need, while keeping any records that we are required to retain.

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you can ask to access the personal data we hold about you, correct information that is inaccurate, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue considering your application or managing your membership.
