Site and portal terms

Creators and talent in Malaysia can apply to join the network. Please give us information that is current, accurate and your own. Applying does not guarantee a place in the network or any brand work.

Oblique reviews every application and decides who to accept. Acceptance is at Oblique's discretion, and we may decline an application or end a membership where the network is no longer the right fit.

The scope, deliverables, timing, payment, usage rights and other terms for brand work are set out in the agreement signed for that deal. These site terms do not replace or override a signed agreement. If there is a difference, the signed agreement applies to that deal.

Keep your login details secure and use the portal only for your own Oblique Creator Network activity. Information you submit must be accurate and must not infringe another person's rights.

Do not share confidential briefs or deal information without permission, try to access another person's account, interfere with the portal, or upload anything harmful or unlawful. We may restrict or suspend access if the portal is misused.

We may update these terms as the site, portal or network changes. We will give notice by posting the updated terms on this page and changing the date below. Continued use after an update means the new terms apply.
